Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products, final sale items, and gift cards. We also cannot accept returns on sale items unless otherwise stated.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item (once approved) and place a separate order for the new item.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only.
Orders over $60 qualify for free shipping. Orders under $60 will be charged standard shipping rates at checkout.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
